At Stamp It, I define core product features and real-time analytics strategies for a loyalty platform that helps small businesses understand Gen Z customer behaviour and business performance. I design backend data schemas and structured event-tracking systems using Convex (NoSQL database) to support future user engagement analytics. Leveraging my skills in JavaScript, Clerk, and Next.js, I implemented secure authentication flows and built responsive QR-based onboarding components that eliminate the need for app downloads. This role allows me to bridge product design, engineering, and data analytics, where I help turn business ideas into scalable, data-backed product decisions.
At Tea Republic, I manage daily operations and a high-performing team driven by our mission to bring healthy, authentic milk tea to Sydney with genuine service. Leveraging my background in data, I built a Power BI dashboard to integrate sales, labour, and loyalty insights, helping the business make smarter operational decisions. Through data-backed rostering, menu optimisation, and customer feedback tracking, I improved efficiency, reduced costs, and elevated the customer experience both in-store and online.
As a Supervisor at The Winery, I deliver premium customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while leading a team through daily operations and events. I coordinate staff training, floor management, and service quality across more than 50 functions and large-scale bookings. The role strengthened my ability to lead under pressure, manage diverse teams, and use data insights to enhance operational outcomes.
During my internship at New Ocean Information Systems, I worked closely with the business analysis team to define data requirements and deliver insights that improved decision-making across departments.
